As part of the Real Estate Referral Group you will not be actively practicing Real Estate: i.e., you will not be directly involved in the listing and selling of Real Estate. You will only be permitted to refer buyers and sellers (including investors, new construction and commercial real estate) to licensed Real Estate agents and generate referral fees.
The referring agent may choose who will receive their referral, as long as the referred agent is in good standing with their local real estate board and their State Regulatory governing body for Real Estate practicioners, or the referral can be determined for you by the Real Estate Referral Group. The Real Estate Referral Group owners will not be considered to receive referrals unless so directed by the referring agent.
You will simply provide the contact information for your buyers or sellers to the Real Estate Referral Group relocation coordinator. You will receive 60% of the referral fee once the transaction closes. You can generate referral fees on residential sales, (new and existing homes), listings, commercial sales and leasing.

Using the Website
To work with Real Estate Referral Group, simply sign up for your free account. Our administrator will contact you via phone or email, and will send you the necessary paperwork that you need to fill out. Or you can login to your RERG account and download the paperwork. Once you return the paperwork, along with your payment, we will work with you to transfer your license. After that, you can begin making referrals to Real Estate Referral Group agents by logging into your online account and submitting your referrals for buyers and sellers.
Making Payment
When you are ready to join, register online and activate your account. When you log in, you will have access to the documents you need - transfer paperwork, W-9 and Real Estate Referral Group paperwork. To get started, you need to send us the following items:
- A $25.00 check, made out to the Division of Real Estate
- Your transfer paperwork
- Your completed W-9
- The Real Estate Referral Group paperwork
- A $100.00 check made out to: Real Estate Referral Group.
