Policies and Procedures

  1. The agent agrees not to directly sell real estate to buyers and will not list property for sale, but will work as a referring agent only.
  2. Agent will adhere to the Ohio Division rulings on accepting referral fees: Section 4735.20 of the Revised Code and Rule 1301:5-5-06 provide the following guidelines on paying or receiving referral fees: An Ohio licensee may only pay to, or receive a referral fee from, a person or entity licensed to practice real estate in Ohio or another jurisdiction.
  3. Agent will provide an email address that will be used to stay in touch with the Real Estate Referral Group.
  4. Agent may not market any property including their own or any other property they may have interest in.
  5. Agent must disclose to all parties in writing that they are a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio as required by law.
  6. The agent agrees to refer all residential, new construction, investment, leasing and commercial business to Real Estate Referral Group through its relocation coordinator.
  7. Agent will work as an independent contractor and will be responsible for paying any and all taxes and insurance where applicable.
